BRUCE D. WARDINSKI is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief
Executive Officer of Crestline Capital Corporation. Mr. Wardinski was
previously Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Host Marriott
Corporation. Mr. Wardinski graduated with honors from the University of
Virginia with a BS in Commerce and earned an MBA in Finance from the
Wharton School of Business. Prior to joining Marriott he worked for
PriceWaterhouse in Washington, DC and Goodyear International in Caracas,
Venezuela. Mr. Wardinski started with Host Marriott in 1994 as Vice
President of Project Finance. In 1995, he served as Senior Vice
President and Managing Director of International Development. Mr.
Wardinski serves on the Boards of ServiceSource Inc., a not-for-profit
advocacy group representing people with disabilities, Duna Szalloda,
Rt., a Hungarian hotel company, and eStara, an Internet telephony
