BRUCE W. EVERITT is President of SAGE/America, an Investment Advisor,
where he specializes in Balanced and Growth Equity portfolios. In
addition, he also serves as Senior Vice President of SAGE's parent,
Standard Asset Group, and is Vice Chairman of SAGE Global Funds LLC. He
has over 45 years of high technology financial and corporate experience
and has been a founder and Director of several high technology
companies. Previously, he founded and managed Nova Fund, a public high
technology mutual fund, served as an investment advisor, and, as a
leading investment analyst was on the Institutional Investor All-
American electronic research team for six years. A Chartered Financial
Analyst (CFA), Mr. Everitt has been an executive with Nova Advisors,
Cowen & Company, Duff & Phelps and the Communications Division of
Motorola. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois (BSEE) and the
Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA). He chairs the
Endowment Committee for the Massachusetts 4-H Foundation. Married, with
three children and eight grandchildren, his outside interests include
serving on volunteer community boards, swimming and woodworking.
