BRUCE D. MCMASTER joined Dynamic Details, Inc. in 1985 and has served as
President since 1991 and as a Director and Chief Executive Officer since
1997. He has over 23 years' experience in the EMS industry. Before
becoming President of DDi, Mr. McMaster worked in various management
capacities in the engineering and manufacturing departments and was
steadily promoted from Operations Manager to Vice President of
Operations. Mr. McMaster began his employment in the EMS industry while
attending school. As a part-time employee and a full-time student, he
learned the fabrication side of the business working for Metro Circuits.
He then joined Multiplex, where he worked in several departments and
