BRIAN D. MCLAUGHLIN joined Hurco Companies, Inc. as President and CEO in
1987. Hurco Companies, Inc. is a high-technology software and automation
systems company that designs and produces interactive software for
industrial PC-based controls and computerized machine systems for
worldwide industrial parts manufacturers. Before coming to Hurco, Mr.
McLaughlin was President and General Manager of several divisions of
Ransburg Corporation, a capital equipment manufacturer. Prior to his
management experience at Ransburg, Mr. McLaughlin held marketing,
general management and group management positions for 18 years at Eaton
Corporation, a diversified electronics, capital equipment and automotive
parts manufacturer. Mr. McLaughlin has had extensive experience in
managing high technology capital equipment businesses in industrial
markets worldwide. Mr. McLaughlin received his undergraduate degree in
Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, Houghton,
