JOHN M. O'NEIL is an Executive Director at UBS Warburg. He was
previously associated with BT Alex. Brown and Oppenheimer & Co. Mr.
O'Neil has been cited for his stock picking and earnings estimate
accuracy. He is quoted in trade journals and has provided televised
industry commentary on CNN and CNBC. Mr. O'Neil has been a featured
speaker at the World Wide Food Expo, the IDFA Dairy Forum and the GNPD
New Products Conference, and he also is a member of CAGNY, the consumer
analyst group of New York. He received an MBA from Georgetown
University, studied International Finance at Oxford University and
graduated from Dartmouth College with a double major in Economics and
