ROBERT S. DRBUL joined Lehman Brothers in November 1997. He is
currently a senior vice president and the senior analyst with
responsibilities for both the broadline retailing/department store and
textile, footwear and apparel industries. In 2004, he was ranked as the
number one textile, footwear and apparel analyst for the third
consecutive year in the Institutional Investor magazine survey. Prior to
his current role, he spent two years as a junior analyst at Lehman
Brothers, covering department stores, mass merchandisers, discounters,
luxury goods companies and specialty retailers. He joined Lehman from
Salomon Brothers and, prior to that, was employed in the Investment
Research Department at Federated Investors. He has a Bachelor of Arts in
Economics from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from Cornell
University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. Profile
