RICHARD D. STEINBERG is the President and Chief Investment Officer of
Steinberg Global Asset Management, Ltd. (Steinberg Global), a
registered investment advisor with the Securities Exchange Commission
under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Mr. Steinberg provides
investment management services utilizing a highly customized approach.
Mr. Steinberg oversees a team that actively manages more than $375
million of assets for private clients, retirement plans, corporations,
profit sharing plans and pension accounts. He is a frequent guest on
CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Forbes on Fox, Our World with Neil Cavuto and
Nightly Business Report and is often quoted by The Wall Street Journal,
Barron's, Business Week, Investment News, and other national press
publications. Additionally, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a
member of both the South Florida Society of Security Analysts and the
American Institute of Management and Research. His extensive background
includes portfolio management and security analysis. Prior to co-
founding Steinberg Global Asset Management in 1993, his talents
contributed to the success of several prestigious financial
organizations, including E F Hutton, Delphi Management, Moseley
Securities and Credit Lyonnais Securities. Mr. Steinberg is a graduate
of Emory University Business School with an undergraduate degree in
Finance and supplemental course work at University College of Oxford

BRADFORD J. JOHNSON is Chairman of the Atlantic Investment Advisor
Division. In addition, he is a Director, Portfolio Manager and member of
the Investment Committee. He is a graduate of Amherst College. In 1992,
he founded Atlantic Investment Advisors, which is now a division of
Steinberg Global Asset Management, Ltd. Prior to Atlantic, he served as
President and Chief Investment Officer of One Federal Asset Management.
In addition, he served as Sr. Vice President at The Putnam Companies and
Sr. Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Thorndike, Doran, Paine &
Lewis. Mr. Johnson is a member of the Boston Society of Security
Analysts and the Association for Investment Management and Research. In
addition, he is a member of the Board of Overseers of Boston Medical
Center and serves as trustee of the American College of Thessaloniki
