BRAD D. GREENSPAN is CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of
eUniverse, Inc. Mr. Greenspan founded eUniverse in March 1999 with the
desire to create the foremost interactive entertainment network on the
Internet. As CEO and chairman of the Board of Directors, he is
responsible for the strategic direction of the company, including
acquiring sites that will contribute to the success of the network,
managing personnel and handling all aspects of funding. Mr. Greenspan's
accomplishments at eUniverse include taking the company from an initial
300,000 to more than 20 million unique visitors a month and more than 50
million subscribers, raising several rounds of financing, and bringing
the company from the OTC Bulletin Board to the NASDAQ. Additionally, Mr.
Greenspan is responsible for helping eUniverse achieve six straight
quarters of net profit and eight consecutive quarters of positive
EBITDA. Upon graduation from college, he founded Palisades Capital,
Inc., a private Beverly Hills merchant bank, and served as its President
until March 1999. Mr. Greenspan was responsible for raising more than
$60 million in funding for his clients. He attributes his success to
persistence, not taking 'no' for an answer, and believing in his
business and himself. He is a member of the UCLA Alumni Association and
supporter of the Riekes Center for Human Enhancement, a non-profit
educational school for children specializing in athletics and creative
arts. Mr. Greenspan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science
