BOBBY R. JOHNSON is Chairman, President and CEO of Foundry Networks,
Inc. Before founding the company, Mr. Johnson held numerous management
positions, including President and CEO of Centillion Networks, President
and CEO of Tri-Data and Vice President and General Manager of
internetworking at Network Equipment Technologies (NET). He started his
career as an SNA architect and developer at IBM and holds a BS degree
