BLAIR A. BOYER serves as Director, Senior Vice President, International
Equity Portfolio Manager of Jennison Associates, LLC, a wholly owned
subsidiary of Prudential. He joined the firm in March of 1993 after 10
years with Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder, Inc. Mr. Blair was first with
Verus Capital, where he served both as a Research Analyst and then
Senior Portfolio Manager. In 1989, he began managing international
equity portfolios with Howard Moss. Mr. Blair holds a Bachelor's degree
in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from New
