BILL JOBE has been a Director of the Board of ViewCast.com since
November 1994 and CEO since January 1999 and served as Chairman of the
Board from November 1994 to April 1999. Since July 1991, Mr. Jobe has
been a private venture capitalist and computer industry advisor. From
June 1990 to July 1991, he was President of MIPS Technology Development,
a subsidiary of MIPS Computer Systems, Inc., a supplier of reduced
instruction set computing products and technology. From September 1987
to June 1990, Mr. Jobe was Executive Vice President for Sales,
marketing and Service of MIPS Computer Systems, Inc. From 1993 through
1995, Mr. Jobe was Chairman and a director of Great Bear Technology,
Inc., a publicly-traded supplier of interactive multimedia software. He
received a B.S.M.E. and a M.S.M.E. from Texas A&M University and a
