BERNARD ALBANESE is President of Interactive Systems Worldwide Inc. From
1993 to 1995, prior to joining ISWI, Mr. Albanese was VP of Operations
for Advanced Data Systems Corporation, a provider of medical-related
computer systems, in which position he was responsible for all
installation, training and telephone support for an installed base of
over 1,000 customers. Mr. Albanese was a co-Founder of Script Systems
Inc. in 1986, a provider of medical and pharmaceutical systems. He was
its Chief Financial Officer until 1992, and Executive VP until 1993. In
that capacity, he was responsible for all system development as well as
customer support services. From 1980 to 1986, Mr. Albanese served as VP
of Information Industries Inc., a private company that developed and
sold turnkey computer systems, including systems developed for the
Midwest Stock Exchange. In that position he was responsible for all
software development. From 1972 to 1979, he worked for STC Systems which
developed, sold and supported mini-computer business systems, where he
was responsible for the development and implementation of over 20 large
computer projects. From 1969 to 1972, Mr. Albanese served as a Member of
Technical Staff at Bell Telephone Laboratories. Mr. Albanese earned his
BE degree from The Cooper Union in 1969, and his MS and EE degrees from
New York University in 1971 and 1973, respectively. Mr. Albanese is the
