Chris Lagan joined Congress Asset Management Company in 1993 and is Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director. Since 2002, he has been a principal and member of the firm’s Management Committee, which is responsible for strategic planning to advance the company’s mission and objectives. He is also Chair of the Private Equity Committee, which oversees sourcing, due diligence and commitments to over $1 billion in private equity allocations.
