ERIC B. UPIN is a Managing Director and Senior Research Analyst at
Robertson Stephens, having joined the firm in 1993. He focuses
exclusively on the burgeoning Internet B2B eCommerce market. Prior to
assuming coverage of B2B stocks, Mr. Upin focused on enterprise software
and eBusiness applications, having brought more than 50 investment ideas
to growth investors. Before joining Robertson Stephens, he was a
Management Consultant in Booz-Allen & Hamilton's Information Technology
Group for four years. He has also played key roles in two start-ups a PC
software company and a computer retailer. Mr. Upin graduated from
Washington University in St. Louis in 1983 and received an MBA from

Mr. Upin: Several things. I cover the business-to-business e-commerce
companies that are
