SCOTT A. BAILY is a Vice President at BlueStone Capital Partners, where
he focuses on medical devices and medical lasers. He has over 10 years
of experience as a Research Analyst. Formerly associated with Barrow
Street Research, an equity research boutique, Mr. Baily has worked as an
independent investment consultant and as an Equity Analyst at Smith
Barney, Harris Upham, Inc. Mr. Baily received his BSEE from The
University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Profile
LORNE CAPLAN is Managing Director of Corporate Finance at BlueStone
Capital Partners and has over 10 years of investment experience,
predominantly in health care-related areas. Prior to joining BlueStone
Capital, he was associated with the venture capital firm
Ventana/Consortium Capital Partners, and with the merchant banking group
Sunrise Securities, where he set up the hedge fund group Trenton
Investment Advisors, LLC. He began his career financing and researching
small companies at Toronto Dominion Bank in Montreal and Toronto, and
then progressed onto Marleau Lemire, where he headed the Venture Capital
and Private Equity Group that specialized in health products and the
healthy living sector. Mr. Caplan currently serves on several Boards,
and has acted as an advisor to other well-known funds. He received a
Diplome D'tudes Collegiate (DEC) - Vanier College, Healthcare and
Business, Montreal, a combined BA in History and Political Science at
McGill University in Montreal and an MBA at The Richard Ivey School in

CAROLINE Y. GOODMAN is a Research Analyst at BlueStone Capital Partners.
She is associated with the Medical Technologies and Life Sciences Group,
focusing on the biotechnology sector. Prior to joining BlueStone Capital
Partners, Ms. Goodman was a Research Analyst for the Salomon Smith
Barney Consulting Group, where she was responsible for proprietary
research and evaluation of institutional money managers and no-load
mutual funds. Ms. Goodman began her career in finance as an Analyst at
Weston Financial Group in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Prior to that, she
held a position as a Research Chemist with Armstrong Laboratories. Ms.
Goodman received a BA in Chemistry from Barnard College of Columbia
University and both an MS in Chemistry and an MS in Molecular and Cell
