ANTHONY M. V. ERAMO is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Three Rivers Bancorp, Inc. He is responsible for all financial
analysis, asset/liability management, investment portfolio management
and accounting for the bank. Prior to the creation of Three Rivers
Bancorp as the result of a spinoff from USBANCORP, he was Vice President
and Manager of Specialized Accounting for the former USBANCORP, Inc.
(now Americserve Financial). He was responsible for the implementation
and management of profitability measurement systems, special one-time
projects, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Prior to joining USBANCORP,
Inc. in 1992, Mr. Eramo was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Sentry Savings and Loan in Stamford, Connecticut. Mr. Eramo received
a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of
Bridgeport, and a Bachelors of Science in Finance with a minor in
Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Eramo has given
numerous presentations to a wide variety of audiences on funds transfer
pricing, product pricing, capital issues in banking, and customer
