ANDY HILL is the President and Chief Investment Officer of Wellington
Hill Financial, Inc., a firm that provides investment management
services to over 80 pension plans, high net worth individuals and

The firm's investment philosophy is to select out of favor or

founding Wellington Hill Financial, Inc. in 1991, Mr. Hill was a Vice
