ANDREW WARNER has been Chief Financial Officer and Vice
President, Finance of SCM Microsystems Inc. since June 1999. Mr.
Warner is based in SCM's Fremont, California, headquarters, where
he is responsible for the company's worldwide financial
organization. In July 2000, he was also named President, SCM U.S.
Prior to joining SCM, Mr. Warner was Chief Financial Officer and
Vice President of Finance at Dazzle Multimedia, a private desktop
video editing products company based in Fremont, California. His
career also includes four years at Madge Networks, a provider of
global networking solutions. While at Madge, he held various
senior finance positions in both Europe and the US, including
Director of Corporate Planning and Analysis and Director of
Finance for the Americas. Mr. Warner holds a BA degree in
Business Studies from Humberside University in the UK and is an
Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management
