ANDREW M. THOMPSON, a founder of the Company, has served as President,
Chief Executive Officer and a director of FemRx, Inc. since its
incorporation in November 1994. From May 1991 to November 1994, he
served as Vice President, Finance of Medtronic CardioRhythm, a medical
device company focused on catheter ablation systems for
electrophysiology, which he co-founded in May 1991 and which was
acquired by Medtronic, Inc. in May 1992. From June 1989 to May 1991, he
consulted full-time in the medical industry as a partner of Savage-
Thompson Management. Mr. Thompson received an M.A. in Production
Engineering from Corpus Christi College of Cambridge University in
England, an M.A. in Education and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. Profile
TWST: Can we start off by giving us a brief capsule sketch, adescription of FemRx?
Mr. Thompson: We're a women's health care company. We're focused on
what is the largest single women's
