SONIA H. MINTUN is a portfolio manager for First Fiduciary Investment
Councel, Inc., and has been in the investment business for 13 years.
Prior to joining First Fiduciary, she was an analyst/portfolio manager
for The Proper Analysis. Mrs. Mintun has held positions as a portfolio
manager and head of high yield trading for Westinghouse Credit as well
as an Assistant Vice President and portfolio manager for Shearson Lehman
Brothers. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the
Cleveland Society of Security Analysts. She currently participates as a
contributor for Street Insights, a subsidiary of theStreet.com. She

MARY F. ANDERSON, a portfolio manager for First Fiduciary Investment
Councel, Inc., has spent over 20 years in the investment business. She
has held positions of sellside security analyst and portfolio manager
for Roulston & Company where she spent 10 years of her career. Before
joining First Fiduciary in 1993, Mrs. Anderson was a portfolio manager
for a local money management firm. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst
and a member of the Cleveland Society of Security Analysts. She holds a

TWST: Would you begin with a brief overview of First FiduciaryInvestment Counsel and what your respective responsibilities are there?
Ms. Anderson: The firm was founded in January 1975 by
