Kenneth R. Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of Empirical Wealth Management. He guides the firm’s long-term strategy and leads its investment research team. He received a B.S. from The University of Arizona with a double major in finance and accounting. Mr. Smith also holds an M.S. in financial analysis and is passionate about educating individuals on how to become smarter investors. He hosts an informative financial radio show titled “Empirical Investing Radio” on VoiceAmerica. Mr. Smith has volunteered as a teacher for Junior Achievement, a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating young people on how to succeed in a global economy. TWST: When we spoke last year, you talked about Empirical Wealth Management expanding. Is that still an objective?
Mr. Smith: Yes, it’s definitely a longer-term objective we have.
