AMY BETH HANSMAN has been the Vice President of Finance of eSoft, Inc.
since January 2001, and prior to that served as the Chief Accounting
Officer for the company. In 1998, Ms. Hansman was employed by ICG
Communications, Inc., a competitive local exchange company in Colorado,
where she headed up the Internal Audit department. She was also Manager
of Royalty Audit at PolyGram Records, Inc. from 1996 to 1997.
Previously, she was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick in NY, from 1992 to
1996 in the audit practice where she became a licensed Certified Public
