ALAN H. HARBITTER is Chief Technology Officer and Director of PEC
Solutions, Inc. From July 1978 to September 1985, Dr. Harbitter served
in various technical management positions at CSC. Dr. Harbitter received
his BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, a Master's of
Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, and a
