ALEXIA S. QUADRANI is a Managing Director in the Equity Research
Department at Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. She's been an Institutional

advertising and marketing services sector, most recently ranked in
second place. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Ms. Quadrani spent several
years in equity research at Smith Barney covering the beverage and
tobacco industries. Before joining Smith Barney, she spent two years as
a senior consultant at Grant Thornton working on financial analysis and
