A Specialty Income Strategy Based on Direct Lending

Bill Kassul serves as a Principal and Partner of Ranger Capital Group’s Ranger Alternative Management II, the manager of the Ranger Specialty Income Fund and Ranger Direct Lending Fund plc, an investment trust listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange under the ticker RDL. Mr. Kassul has been involved in the direct lending industry since 2012 and has been a featured speaker at events such as the Marketplace Lending & Investing Conference, the Lending Exchange Summit and the China–U.S. Private Investment Summit. He has been a key voice on the disruption that is happening in the lending industry, and has been interviewed and quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg and The New York Times. Mr. Kassul also serves on the investment committee of LendTech Capital Partners, the manager of a new private equity fund focusing on both domestic and international equity investments in the direct lending industry. Prior to joining Ranger Capital Group, Mr. Kassul worked as a senior-level marketing executive with firsthand experience influencing technology disruptions in other industries including travel, video and online trading.
