Scott W. Fordham is President and Chief Executive Officer of TIER REIT, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting with an emphasis on capital markets, financial forecasting and strategy, and accounting practices for public companies, including more than 21 years of experience with REITs. In May 2008, Mr. Fordham joined TIER REIT’s former adviser in an effort to assemble a dedicated management team focused exclusively on operations. From January 2007 until May 2008, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Apartment Investment and Management Company, or Aimco, a publicly traded REIT. From November 1992 to December 2006, Mr. Fordham held various finance and accounting positions with Prentiss Properties Trust and its successor, Brandywine Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT, and served as Chief Accounting Officer from May 2004 to December 2006. Dallas E. Lucas has been TIER REIT, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer since May 2014. Previously, he served as CFO of Intrawest ULC from July 2012 to October 2013. Prior to joining the Intrawest team, Mr. Lucas was a Founding Partner of Pacshore Partners, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment company. He also served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director at Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc., from September 2007 to August 2009; as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Maguire Properties, Inc., from July 2002 to March 2007; as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President and Director of NorthStar Capital Investment Corp. from August 1998 to July 2002; and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crescent Real Estate Equities Inc. from December 1993 to August 1998. Mr. Lucas began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Company in 1984, leaving as an audit manager in 1993 to join Crescent.
