Zhang Dazhi, 33, has served as the Corporate Secretary of China Industrial Waste Management since March 2008. He has engaged in investor relations management since he joined Dalian Dongtai in 2004. Mr. Zhang was awarded a master’s degree in international banking and financial studies from the University of Southampton (United Kingdom) in 2004.
