Wolfgang H. Demisch

WOLFGANG H. DEMISCH is a Managing Director at BT Alex. Brown. He was
previously affiliated with UBS Securities and before that was with First
Boston Corp., Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., and Smith Barney. He graduated
from Princeton University, earned his Master’s degree in business
administration from Harvard Business School and is a member of the
NYSSA. Mr. Demisch is married, has one child and lives in Connecticut.
