Lori B. Wittman

Lori B. Wittman has been Care Capital Properties, Inc.’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since its spinoff from Ventas in 2015. Previously, Ms. Wittman served as Senior Vice President, Capital Markets and Investor Relations of Ventas from 2013 to 2015, and as Vice President, Capital Markets and Investor Relations of Ventas from 2011 to 2013. Before joining Ventas in 2011, she was the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Principal of Big Rock Partners, a real estate private equity firm with over $500 million of assets under management at its peak. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer for General Growth Properties, Inc., and held various capital markets and finance positions with Heitman, Homart Development Company, Citibank and Mellon Bank. Ms. Wittman received a B.A. in geography and sociology from Clark University, a master’s in city planning from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago. She serves on the board of directors of IMH Financial Inc. and is a member of the audit committee and chairs the compensation committee.
