William W. Reynolds

WILLIAM W. REYNOLDS has been Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Integrated Electrical Services, Inc., since
May 2000. He has over 20 years of financial and management
experience with publicly traded companies in high growth
industries. Prior to joining IES, Mr. Reynolds served as Vice
President and Treasurer of People’s Energy Corporation in
Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Reynolds has also served as Vice President
and Project Finance Corporate Officer for MCN Energy Group, Inc.
in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Reynolds also spent 17 years with BP
Amoco Corporation where he held various positions. Most recently
he served as International Finance Manager working in the US, the
Far East and South America. Mr. Reynolds received his Bachelor’s
degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa and
his MBA in International Business from the University of Southern
California.
