William W. Reid

WILLIAM W. REID founded U.S. Gold Corporation in 1977 and has served as
its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman since. Under Mr.
Reid’s leadership, U.S. Gold has been involved with six producing mines
in its history. Prior to forming U.S. Gold, Mr. Reid worked as a
Geologist for the Texasgulf-Golden Cycle Joint Gold Corporation mining
operation in Cripple Creek, Colorado. Mr. Reid holds an undergraduate
degree in Physics and a Master’s degree in Economic Geology, both from
Purdue University.
