William P. McMullin

WILLIAM P. MCMULLIN, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of
InfoInterActive, Inc., founded InterActive Telecom, a private Nova
Scotia company engaged in the business of developing and marketing a
variety of value-added telecommunications applications using telephone,
Internet and wireless data technologies, in June 1994. InfoInterActive,
Inc. acquired InterActive Telecom in January 1996. Mr. McMullin has a
degree in business and a diploma in export marketing as well as an in-
depth knowledge of computer, telephony and networking technologies. He
was the visionary behind the patented Internet Call Manager service now
in use worldwide. Mr. McMullin is an accomplished entrepreneur, having
previously established and successfully sold one of the first cellular
telephone businesses in Nova Scotia. As CEO of InfoInterActive, Mr.
McMullin is positioned to lead the company to substantial growth. Mr.
McMullin was appointed Chairman in March 2000. He is a 1999 Entrepreneur
of the Year Award winner.
