William N. Giudice

WILLIAM N. GIUDICE is co-founder, President and CEO of Maker
Communications, Inc., one of the industry’s leading developers of
communications processors for networking equipment. Giudice has more
than 20 years of experience in the communications and semiconductor
industries. Leveraging his intimate knowledge of the networking
marketplace and the customer issues involved in bringing new
technologies to market, Mr. Giudice has created a systems-oriented
company that holds a dominant position in several segments of the ATM
chip market today. Prior to co-founding Maker Communications in 1994,
Mr. Giudice spent nine years at LSI Logic where he held a number of
senior level positions in sales and marketing, including general manager
of LSI’s Northern U.S. region. Giudice has also served in the sales and
marketing organizations of the world’s leading technology and
communications companies including Hewlett Packard, AT&T and Verbex
(Exxon Communications Systems). Giudice holds a BSEE from Worcester
Polytechnic Institute.
