William B. Moore

WILLIAM B. MOORE is the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial
Officer and Treasurer of Western Resources, Inc. Prior to that, he held
the following positions: Chairman of the Board, KGE, and Vice President,
Electric Division, 1996; Vice President, Finance, Western Resources,
1992; Vice President, Finance, KGE, 1985; Manager, Finance, 1982;
Assistant Treasurer, 1980; Finance Assistant, 1978; Senior Consultant;
Arthur Andersen & Co., 1974 Mr. Moore received his B.B.A. from Wichita
State University (1974). He also sits on the Boards of INTRUST Bank,
Heartspring, Wichita State University Endowment Association, and Wichita
State University Board of Trustees. His is a member of Wagonmasters and
the Young President’s Organization. Mr. Moore resides in Wichita, Kansas
and is married with two sons.
