William A. Priebe

WILLIAM A. PRIEBE is co-President, Chief Investment Officer and
Portfolio Manager for Geneva Capital Management Ltd. He has 36 years of
investment experience. Mr. Priebe is co-Founder of the firm with Amy
Croen (1987 to present). Mr. Priebe was Director of employee benefit
balanced and equity investment efforts for First Wisconsin Trust Company
from 1977 to 1987 and investment manager of $50 million in equity growth
funds from 1977 to 1986. He was Portfolio Manager and Vice President at
Continental Illinois from 1968 to 1977 where he was personally
responsible for investment management of over $300 million in assets.
Mr. Priebe earned a BA degree from Northern Illinois University and MA
and MBA degrees from Northern Illinois University.
