Wendy D. Lee

WENDY D. LEE joined Equinox Capital Management, LLC, as Director of
Research. She is now Chief Executive Officer of the firm. Prior to
joining Equinox, Ms. Lee was a Partner at Brinson Partners in Chicago
where she was a Senior Equity Analyst and a member of their Portfolio
Construction and Stock Investment committees. Prior to Brinson, she
worked at Morgan Guaranty Trust Company as an Analyst in corporate
finance and as a Quantitative Consultant in the Investment Group of
American National Bank. Ms. Lee graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum
laude from Rutgers College with highest distinction in Economics. She
completed her MBA degree at the University of Chicago and received the
award for Academic Excellence in Finance and Accounting. Ms. Lee is a
Chartered Financial Analyst. She is a National Council member of the
World Wildlife Fund and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for the
Faculty of Arts and Science at Rutgers University. Ms. Lee is also a
founding member of the Gotham Asset Management Executives and Women’s
Networking professional associations. She has 23 years of investment
experience.
