Wayne Johnson

Director Wayne Johnson joined SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Capital Markets
in November 1999 and is committed entirely to the transaction processing
space. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Johnson worked on the buy and sell
side at Volpe Brown Whelan, Robertson Stephens, and Scudder Stevens and
Clark as a business services and e-commerce analyst. He received a BA in
1986 from the University of Colorado.
