Wayne Hood

WAYNE HOOD is a Managing Director at Prudential Securities, Inc. He is
directly responsible for research coverage of the major broadline
retailers which include the discount stores, department stores and
building supply retailers. He has 18 years of research experience
following the retailing industry. Mr. Hood is past President of the
Merchandise Analyst Group of New York and has been named to
Institutional Investor’s All America Research Team and to The Wall
Street Journal’s All Star Analyst Team for Stock Picking and Earnings
Estimate Accuracy. Mr. Hood also serves on the Advisory Board of the
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Energy Star Building and
Green Lights Programs.
