Warren L. Robinson

WARREN L. ROBINSON, CFO of MDU Resources Group, Inc., joined the company
in October 1988 as Manager of Corporate Development and was named
Assistant Treasurer in May 1989, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary in
November 1989, Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer in
August 1992, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial
Officer in May 1999 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer in January 2004. Mr. Robinson also serves as a Director and
Senior Financial Officer for Centennial Energy Holdings, Inc., as well
as all the companies in the Centennial family. Mr. Robinson also serves
as a Director for Knife River Corporation, WBI Holdings, Inc., and is a
member of the Management Committee of Montana-Dakota Utilities, Co. Mr.
Robinson has a Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University
and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Boise State
University. He attended Stanford Graduate School of Business, Executive
Program for Smaller Companies and Harvard Graduate School of Business,
Executive Program/Corp. Financial Mgmt.
