WALDO BEST is a Steel Analyst at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
Previously, he was associated with Dean Witter, Barclays De Zoete Wedd
Securities and Lukens Steel. Mr. Best received his Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering from MIT and his MBA in Finance from New York
University. He also completed graduate studies in materials engineering
at Drexel University. He currently serves as President of the New York
Steel Analysts Splinter Group.
