W. Whitney George is a Co-Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager and Managing Director of Royce & Associates, LLC, investment adviser to The Royce Funds. He has 31 years of investment industry experience. Before joining Royce & Associates in 1991, Mr. George held positions with Dominick & Dominick, Inc.; WR Lazard & Laidlaw, Inc.; Laidlaw, Adams & Peck; and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College.
