Vijay Jayant

Group covering Satellite Communication stocks. He has been recognized by
Institutional Investor Magazine as a top ranked analyst for the last
three years, most recently ranked #1 in the year 2000 poll. Moreover,
Greenwich Associates & Co. and The Wall Street Journal Survey have also
rated him as a top ranked analyst in his field. Prior to Morgan Stanley,
Mr. Jayant covered satellite, cable television and telecommunication
stocks at Bear Stearns & Co., Scotia Capital Markets and Salomon
Brothers, Inc. since he began his Wall Street career in 1992. He holds a
BA in Economics from Clark University.
