V. Lawrence Evans

V. LAWRENCE EVANS is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Horizon Financial Corporation. Mr. Evans has been in the banking
industry for 29 years. He has a Master of Arts degree in Economics and
is a graduate of the National School of Banking. He was the Chief
Financial Officer for the bank prior to being appointed President in
1990, CEO in 1992 and Chairman in 2002.
