V. Gordon Clemons

V. GORDON CLEMONS has been with CorVel Corporation as President and
Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1988 and became Chairman
of the Board in 1991. Mr. Clemons was President of Caremark, Inc., the
then largest home intravenous therapy company in the United States, from
May 1985 to September 1987, at which time the company was purchased by
Baxter International, Inc. From 1981 to 1985, Mr. Clemons was President
of Intracorp, a subsidiary of CIGNA Corporation. Mr. Clemons is a
Director of Omnicell Technologies, Inc., a California-based company that
provides healthcare supply information systems. Mr. Clemons has over 20
years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries.
