Tony Liu

TONY (SHUJUN) LIU has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
American Oriental Bioengineering, Inc., since 2001. Prior to that, he
was a Senior Manager at Three Happiness Bioengineering from 1994 to
2001. Mr. Liu is a graduate of Wuhan Communication College and holds an
MBA from Qinghua University. He is also currently a representative of
the National People’s Congress.
