Timothy A. Crown

TIMOTHY A. CROWN has been a Director of Insight Enterprises since 1994.
Mr. Crown has been employed by the company or one of its predecessors
since 1988 and has been President since 1989. Mr. Crown was named as co-
Chief Executive Officer on January 25, 2000. He received a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business and Computer Science from the University of
Kansas in 1986. From 1986 to 1987, Mr. Crown was employed by NCR
Corporation as an Administrative Analyst. From 1987 to 1988, Mr. Crown
partnered with Eric J. Crown in operating an independent computer
business-consulting firm.
