Thomas R. Stirnweis

THOMAS R. STIRNWEIS joined Getty Realty Corp. on January 1, 2001 as
Corporate Controller and Treasurer. Prior to joining Getty, he was
Manager of Financial Reporting and Analysis at Getty Petroleum Marketing
Inc., where he provided services to Getty under a services agreement
since the spin-off of Marketing in March 1997. Prior to that, he held
the same position at Getty from 1988. Mr. Stirnweis serves as the firm’s
principal financial and accounting officer. He graduated from Hofstra
University with a BBA, majoring in Accounting.
