Thomas Moore

THOMAS MOORE is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of
Hallmark Capital Management, Inc. Mr. Moore joined the firm from Allied-
Signal, Inc., where he acted as co-Manager for a $300 million equity
portfolio. He was previously a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for
E. F. Hutton Capital Management and a Trust Officer and Portfolio
Manager of Taxable Accounts for Comerica Bank. Mr. Moore received his AB
in History from Grinell College and an MBA in Finance and Accounting
from the University of Michigan. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst,
and a member of the AIMR and the NYSSA
