PCS, Inc., has more than 16 years of experience in the
telecommunications industry, and is a former Senior Executive of Sprint
PCS. Mr. Dougherty has held senior level positions with several
additional telecommunications carriers, including Chase
Telecommunications, Cook Inlet, BellSouth, and BellSouth Mobility DCS
Corporation. He has also held various senior marketing and operational
positions with Coca-Cola.
