Thomas Kelly Mann

Thomas Kelly Mann has been a Director at Mediware Information Systems, Inc., since 2007, when he joined as President and Chief Executive Officer. He brings more than 26 years of health care, technology and management experience to Mediware’s management team. Before joining Mediware, he served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing for 3M Health Information Systems. He also spent four years as that division’s National Sales and Marketing Director and three additional years as its Six Sigma Master Black Belt, focused on improving business unit efficiencies. His management style and understanding of health care issues resulted in  promotions to these and other roles in sales, marketing, product management and operational management at 3M. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in growing 3M Health Information Systems’ client base to more than 4,000 health care organizations worldwide.
